OVERVIEW
Workshop 5 focuses on what happens once a prisoner is released from prison. It explores the idea that being released from prison is just the beginning of what can be a challenging period of adjustment and reintegration into society. It's crucial to demonstrate to young people that one action could affect their lives for a long time

This is particularly important because many people erroneously think they understand the process of coming out of prison and think the challenges are just probation and staying out of trouble.

Participants will understand how the enormous challenges prisoners face once released and the consequences of having a criminal record.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Licence conditions
Restrictions on what newly released individuals can and can't do.
